Right to submit proposals for the Noble
Sports Award, based on the principle of competence and universality,
shall by statute be enjoyed by:
| 1. |
Members of national assemblies
and governments of states; |
| 2. |
Members of international sports
federations & national sports federations; |
| 3. |
University rectors; National &
International Coaches, Referees, Empires of any national &
international sports ; directors of sports of any state and
national governemtns |
| 4. |
Persons who have been awarded the
Nobel Peace Prize & National & International recognised
Awards; |
| 5. |
Executive members of
organizations-INPPRF |
| 6. |
Olympic & Non-Olympic
Gold Medalists; (proposals by members of the Executive Committee
to be submitted no later than at the first meeting of the Committee
after February 1) and |
The Nobel Sports Award may also be awarded to institutions and associations.
